Mildred May Ehart, 87, McLouth, KS, died Sunday October 28, 2007 at her home.

 

A memorial service will be Saturday November 10, 2007 at 11 am at the Jarbalo United Methodist Church.  Visitation will be one our before the memorial service.  Private inurnment will be in Fall Creek Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Quisenberry Funeral Home.

 

Mildred was born the 9th of 10 children on May 3, 1920 in McLouth, KS, the daughter of William S. and Nancy Jane (Lilly) Dobbs.  She was united in marriage to Henry J. Ehart, Jr. on February 16, 1943 at the Stanwood Church, McLouth, KS.  She was a telephone operator in Leavenworth and Fort Leavenworth.  Mildred was a member of the Jarbalo United Methodist Church and taught Sunday school there.

 

Survivors include her husband, Henry J. Ehart, Jr., of the home; 3 sons, Michael, Prim, AR, Russell, McLouth, KS and Jay, Kansas City, KS; one daughter, Sharon Plum, DeSoto, KS; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

 

She will sadly be missed by her family and friends.
