Gage Andrew Hauk, 18, McLouth, KS, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2008 in Lawrence, KS.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 13, 2008 at St. Martin Lutheran Church, 14308 Fairmount Road, Basehor, KS.  Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Quisenberry Funeral Home, 4^th and Delaware, Tonganoxie, KS.  Burial will be in McLouth Cemetery, McLouth, KS.

Gage was born January 26, 1990 in Kansas City, Kansas, the son of Melbourne C. Hauk, III and Kathleen J. Burnett Hauk.  He was a student at Kansas City Kansas Community College.  He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandfathers, Kenneth Oyer and Pete Burnett.

Survivors include his parents, Mel and Katie Hauk, of the home; daughter, Akalaha C. Hauk, Winchester, KS; brothers, Charlie and Jett Hauk, of the home; paternal grandparents, Mel Hauk, II, Atchison, KS and Ruth Ann Hauk, Kansas City, KS; maternal grandparents, Cathy and Richard Manis, Kansas City, KS and Wayne and Julie Burnett, Edwardsville, KS; maternal great grandmothers, Patricia Oyer, McLouth, KS and Jeannie Burnett, Kansas City, KS; and a host of other family members and friends.

Gage’s smile and laughter will never be forgotten and he will be sadly missed by all who love him.
