Kenneth L. Nafus, 86, Tonganoxie, KS, passed away Friday January 11, 2008 at his home.

Funeral services were Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at the National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS.

Kenneth was born in Cassville, MO, the son of Emmett and Tensie (Payne) Nafus.  He was a WWII Army Air Corp Veteran.  He retired in 1977 as a maintenance supervisor for General Services Administration, Kansas City, MO and was a farmer.  He was united in marriage June 22, 1947 to Gladis M. Johnson in Sunflower, KS.  She survives of the home.

Other survivors include a son, Steve and wife, Lee; a daughter, Stacey Andreasen and her fiancee, Vincenzo Crifasi; grandchildren, Chrissy and David Andreasen; 3 brothers, Raymond and wife, Eva Dean, Glen and wife, Mary and Carl.
